Black Ops party & inv system

ok i want 2 kno if any1 else has ths problem

wen ppl inv to a party i can never connect(although i can connect 2 beanreaper) but wen they get 2 a lobby i can connect
its really annoying me cos i cant play with u guys as easily

also wtf is with the mics?? like almost everytime i join styu i can never hear him??? its not just him but iv only heard him like once or twice since this game has been out
just some questions i thought may get answered

I know it is ruining the game everytime I want to play like tonight in the clan war I was getting kicked from the party and the game lobby and then during the game and in the lobby I could not hear any of the people from MoD*. I could hear their guys but not us it is just ridiculous.

i feel lucky i have no problems XD

well what i find really rigged that when a player is talking theres no mic next to his name but other then that im fine and r4 i know what u mean.. remember that time in zombies with bean and you and me

didnt the same thing happen in mw2?

it wasnt as bad as this
cos i hav never been able to join a game or party hosted by cj or any tassies
only bean and patchy i think

tbh i dont even remember the inv system on MW2 being bad

evrytime i go on my friend list while im one BO it becomes laggy???

yea the XMB(Xross Media Bar(the ps3 menu thing)) is a little laggy but its always different for every game its not just BO that its laggy for

but mostly that.. thats y i reckon they made that inv system and the friends list bar
