Zombie Competition

Ok guys I was thinking we could have a zombie competition like have pairs and they have to see what round the pair can get to. So the two people play one zombie game with another person who is the ref. The ref will help out the best they can and cannot be at all biast for any team.

So you get one attempt to get your best possible score the scores will then be recorded and then plotted against another pair. The winning pairs go on and the losing ones go down into the minor premiership.

Winning the major comp will get you one point, coming second will get you two points and so one. Winning the minor comp will give you the ability to give another point to any other team. After 5 rounds the team with the lowest points get a prize.

A few questions would be if you would like to do this when would it be held? What would you like the prize to be? Any changes to the rules? And how would you like to organise pairs? My idea for the time being of forming pairs was to have people choose their own but I think that might become unfair so please contribute.

Another idea I had was to make it even less bias by just having the ref there to watch and not to kill or revive or anything like that. The ref will just let himself be killed by zombies every round and will not be able to be revived by the players. Remember the ref is only there to check what level they got to. So this ref will not open get points by guns revive or kill they will just allow themselves to be killed and then watch. Oh and all games will be held on Kino der Untoten. This may only be for the first comp. If everyone likes it we may try one on five. Also if we give the map pack out (maybe the pize for the first win) then we could have them on the other maps.

you kno that if there is a 3rd person the zombie count increases and its alot easier to be overwhelmed making zombies alot harder

yea good point i would doubt you would last past the dogs the only options we have is to have the ref either playing or ask the ppl when they are done and hope they are truth though and this ref would they be permitted to play in the comp at all?? i would be fine being the ref then incase no1 wants to miss out in the tourny

me so said that the ref would not be able to play in the comp and if u would like to do this you can do it

Ok so the even if it does make more zombies it will still be the same for everyone therefore fair I will also need this ref to be a host so they have to be reliable. Another thing is that this competition is about the two people working together to make new routes and tactics. This will make the difference and the competition will be decided by it. So this means that the zombie issue is not really an issue.

Yeh they will it is easy to kill dogs with 2 people.

I love the idea. Who will pick the teams? or will everyone pick themselves?

I left that in the first post for everyone to decide how we will pick the teams but if we just want to pick partners we will have to make sure everyone is happy with it.

back with the ref thing i think the ref should only be permitted to kill zombies the other players cant revive him and he cant open doors otherwise it would end way to quickly otherwise i dont wonna be the ref =S

Do u reckon it should be 3 ppl coz with 2 ppl u will get up to round 10-12 depends war u get but 3ppl it will go for longer and be more of a challenge

Yes but if the ref can kill zombies it takes away from the comp because then it is no longer 2 player it is 3 player and I am willing to make it a 3 player thing but I think that pairs is better. I forgot to mention that any ties will be decided on points so ref also has to check points at the end.

I will be allowing people to choose their own pairs now and the prize will be I will give you the map pack if you don't already have it. If you do already have it I might draw you a picture.
